All cards measure 4.25" x 5.5" (folded) and are printed on heavyweight note card stock. Wholesale prices begin at $1.25 per card with a portion of the purchase price donated to Pro-Bone-O. Placing an order is easy. You can order cards through PayPal or by using the Purchase Order.
PayPal: Order cards online by using the secure PayPal shopping cart. When using the shopping cart, you can pay with any major credit card or bank transfer. Just click the "Add to Cart" button and a PayPal order will begin for you. Customers new to PayPal are not be required to create a PayPal account to complete a purchase
Purchase Order: Click here for a printable Purchase Order form. This will open a new window. Print the Purchase Order, close the window to return to this site, complete the Purchase Order and send it to us.

● We can only accept checks with faxed or mailed Purchase Orders.
Minimum order: eight (8) cards. Orders can be for sets or for individual cards. Please use the item number located beside each card i.e., B1, R2, S3, O4, to identify the cards you wish to order.

Upon receipt of your order, the cards will be created and mailed to you within a week. Cards are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in cardboard mailers or boxes. Your invoice will be included with your cards with payment being due 30 days after receipt.
